Happy Kid Yoga
In Happy Kid Yoga yoga, we develop a yoga and mindfulness practice through play, creative movement, and music. Each class begins with a mantra to build self-confidence, develop a positive mindset, and cultivate resilience. Happy Kid Yoga includes an age-appropriate vinyasa flow focusing on strengthening and stretching. Our flow ends in savasana and is followed by breathwork and guided meditation. Your Bubbeleh will leave class zenned-out and (hopefully) ready for bath and bedtime!

Tracy is a seasoned yoga instructor with a passion for nurturing connection and wellness within her community. Her goal is to empower and guide children to develop a healthy, balanced mindset and yoga practice. Her classes integrate yoga poses and movement, breathing techniques, and playful elements like song and dance, all aimed at fostering joy, peace, balance, and meaningful connection.
