Sunday Shavasana is a fun (free!) yoga experience for the whole family! Please join us as we kick off our grand opening week with a little bit of calm before the crazy! Our vinyasa flow is suitable for all experience levels and will end with a long, rejuvenating Shavasana pose. This is a restorative class that brings the whole family together to stretch, flow, relax, and connect.
